Hi! Just a quick little update to a previous skin. The 2021 model of the Hyundai i20 WRC was added into NGP7 so i felt it would be nice to convert the skin I made for the 2020 version to it. 2021 was a year of highs and lows for Teemu Suninen. Starting off with a SS1 crash in Monte Carlo started a snowball effect which gradually led to him being replaced by Adrien Fourmaux at M-Sport's WRC roster. Undeniable highlight of the year was his home rally, the newly rebranded Secto Rally Finland. He entered the rally with Printsport's Polo R5 with the backing of a Finnish businessman Markku Rautio.  He well and truly delivered a brilliant performance, winning WRC2 comfortably over the competitors like Mads Östberg, Emil Lindholm and Nikolay Gryazin.  In the pictures here you see him on SS1, resulting in 7th best time in WRC2, 1.56,0. Differently to the usual schedule, the Harju stage was driven in the middle of the day on Friday and at night time on Saturday evening.  This result launched him into getting a seat at Hyundai's WRC2 team, and even getting into the WRC car for Rally Monza due to Ott's absence.  Hi! I'm continuing with the MRF theme, it was easy to edit this one after last week's Huttunen skin. Being out of the WRC he got a call-up from the MRF team to drive their car in the first 3 ERC events of the season.  Unusual 2021 ERC season started very late only in June with the 100th anniversary of Rally Poland. The rally started with the double-car superspecial Mikolajki Arena 1, where he was 2nd fastest.  After 3 stages he was 3rd overall. On the next stage problems started and he eventually had to retire due to suspension breaking from 5th position at the end of day 1.  Continuing on the 2nd day with superrally, he was on the limit whole day and  was in the top3 on all stages, posting 3 fastest times.  On the rally ending Rally Poland 100th anniversary stage, commonly known to RBR players as Karowa, he posted a fastest time to finish the rally positively. < < < DOWNLOAD > > >

We can celebrate that with the skin of Jari Huttunen from last year's one-off ERC appearance for MRF team in the Barum Czech Rally Zlin.  Huttunen got a surprise call from the Indian tyre manufacturer to drive their car in the European Championship rally after the Irishman Craig Breen did the first 3 rallies of the season. Another week, another Teemu Suninen skin. This is the skin from the last event of 2021 and his first WRC outing for Hyundai. In this rally he became the first and only Finnish driver to participate in a WRC rally in the 2017-spec Hyundai i20 WRC, in the last event it was possible to do.  The rally started on Friday a tad carefully for him, being 7th fastest on all 7 stages.  Understandable, when you have a one-time chance to shine without much previous experience of the car. Take into account the struggles of other drivers who drove the Hyundai on tarmac, even Sébastien Loeb, the car was clearly not an easy car to drive.  Despite that, the pace got better on saturday and sunday and he was able to post 2 top3 stage times, on SS10 San Fermo 2 and SS15 Serraglio 1. The finishing position was 6th, about half a second per kilometer behind the winners. With this result, he stepped a foot inside the Hyundai team and is poaching at the opportunity of getting a Rally1 drive in 202...

This time I created the skin of a promising Finnish rally driver, Nico Valkonen at his request.  He started the rally with a fantastic stage time on SS1 Kakaristo-Hassi, being 4th fastest in the overall Vetomies competition and fastest 2WD car by a whole 15 seconds. Hello! This is a special occasion, this is the first non-Finnish driver skin on my blog. It's the 91-year old gentleman from Poland, Sobieslaw Zasada, who participated in this year's Safari Rally and broke the record for the oldest competitor in a WRC rally.  The rally went very well from him until the Power Stage where he sadly broke the rear suspension of his Fiesta.  Main pictures taken on the fantastic SS Ubunapa Kabula stage by Tangoteam.  Hi! It took almost three months, but I got finally around to finishing this skin. It is the Citroen DS3 WRC of the F1 driver Valtteri Bottas who has been doing occasional outings on the rally side too.  The Arctic Rally 2021 was his 3rd year in a row where he competed on the snowy roads, and 4th rally in total. He finished in 6th position overall, only losing roughly a respectable 1 second per kilometer to Juho Hänninen in a Toyota Yaris.   Note: The car folder name is different for Rallysimfans plugin and RBRTM plugin users.   Hello again! Back with another skin I took a lot of time to finish. This time another skin from the Finnish championship, and it's the Hyundai i20 R5 of Riku Tahko. He has been driving various cars over the years and switched to Hyundai for this season.  In the rally itself, he was not quite on the pace of the top guys but managed to finish on a solid 5th position.  Hello all again!  It's time for another Lindholm skin after his solid performance in the WRC3 category in Rally Croatia. The Finn achieved a 2nd place finish in a competitive field of cars. The only drawback in his whole race was a puncture on SS2 which set him back about 40 seconds and ultimately giving some breathing room for Kajetanovic.  > > > DOWNLOAD < < < Note: I'm aware that GRR-skin has published this skin too here . Although, I noticed many flaws in the details on that one. I have tried to keep a tight eye on details, I hope you appreciate it :) 

Hello!  Finally got motivation to finish this skin I've had 95% ready for the last two months. It is the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X of Arttu Lähdeniemi from the Arctic Rally earlier this year.  The rally started for him with a SM2 class 8th place in Aittajärvi. Unfortunately the pair got into technical issues after that so they had to retire for the day.  On the second day of rallying they were on 5th-9th positions in the class gaining valuable experience from the Arctic roads.  In the pictures you see a little sneak peak at another mod I'm making, stay tuned for that!  Some might say Finnish Lancer Evo X skins are like London buses, you'll wait for one and then another comes immediately after. Hello again!  I made the skin of Ville Hanhisuanto from the Arctic Rally. They were the first Finnish pair to drive a Fiesta Rally2 in a WRC event.  This was also the first WRC rally for the pair.  They finished the rally in a respectable 13th position in the RC2 class.     This time the blog photographer found his way to the rally shakedown stage Vennivaara.   Hello! This time I recreated the livery of Sami Pajari from the Arctic Rally.  Sami won the RC4 class in dominant fashion beating Lauri Joona by over 2 minutes, winning the class on all but two stages.  The pictures are taken on the upcoming 20 km Kaihuavaara stage by BTBfin & Justup.
